A small, beautifully curated shop at the entrance to Mothecombe Gardens
Bulbs & Plants
Right now in the shop you’ll find potted spring bulbs — Muscari, Falconets, Tete-a-tetes and fragrant ‘Attar of Roses’, ready to lift a hallway table, kitchen island or doorstep. Plant them into one of our scalloped terracotta pots or glazed pots, use your own favourite container, or once they’ve flowered, move them into the garden for next year. As we move towards Easter, our greenhouses will begin to open up too, bringing forward strong, garden-ready plants including Penstemons, Lavenders, Gauras, Salvias, Echinacea, Stipa Tenuissima, Purple Sage and Wood Sage plus many more. All long-flowering, pollinator-friendly varieties chosen to give structure, movement and colour well into summer.
Terracotta Pots
In our shop you’ll find a beautifully curated collection of hand-thrown terracotta pots, crafted here in the South West and hand-picked by Nat. Their frost-proof scalloped bowls and shallow pots are made in classic terracotta, designed to age gracefully indoors or out. Timeless in shape and warm in tone, they’re perfect for spring bulbs, kitchen herbs, or seasonal planted displays, practical, enduring pieces that elevate both plant and home.

Collection & Local Delivery
Our shop is open every Tuesday, at the entrance of Mothecombe Gardens, with additional open days throughout the season. If you would like to purchase any of our plants or pots, outside of our usual open days, please get in touch and we would be more than happy to arrange a time for you to collect or depending on order size and location, we can arrange a local delivery within 5 miles of Mothecombe.
